The Result of War

Buildings destroyed,
people, gone forever,
Families, separated,
The result of war.
Sisters, mothers,
brothers, fathers,
separated,
The result of war.
Children scared,
babies, crying,
mothers, worried,
The result of war.
Fathers, dying,
battle continues,
air raids, destroying,
The result of war.
Ravenous people,
Fleeing for their lives,
People shot,
the result of war.
Aggresive behavior,
the death of the innocent,
raging tempers,
The result of war.
people, gone forever,
Families, separated,
The result of war.

The result of war.

I disagree... War Pigs talks about the Upper level of society (politicians and such) creating war for their amusement, and how they get those underneath them to fight for them. As for the poem.. I didn't like it much. Feels like something is missing from it.

Thats true but, War Pig talks about how war distroys things and how discusting it is. But without war Canada woundn't be a free country!

True, but comparing us to pretty much every other country in the world, we are the only one who was founded in peace.
Sure there were battles and wars, but we never had a war of independence. We never had a rebellion. We went and we talked with the Queen, and we changed from a 'colony of the British Empire" to "The Domain of Canada", and later to "the country Canada".
