1) I don't know. It just didn't strike a chord with me.

Did I ever say "lol" was one? If I did, it's my mistake for being a hypocrite.

And I only mention the spelling as C/c. It's important (especially in forms of writing - like poetry) to have your words spelled correctly and used in the correct context.
